Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, New Zealand tax laws, and cloud accounting tools such as Xero. Who We're Looking For:

• Hold a degree in accounting, taxation, or a related field
• Have 1-2 years of experience in public practice or tax services (NZ experience preferred)
• Are certified Xero advisors or willing to complete certification
• Demonstrate strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Are committed to quality and client satisfaction
• Are motivated, responsible, and eager to grow
